The group of 257 finalists are vying to win top score in 11 respective categories, while also competing for a chance to walk the stage to collect one of six coveted Grand Awards, celebrating outstanding builder, renovator and partner members.
Leading the pack is the multi-time Builder of the Year award-winner Jayman Built, earning 18 finalist nominations that span a variety of categories from marketing to single and multi-family design/build, as well as community design.

It is also a shoe-in for winner of Best Apartment Style $451,000 and Over as the sole finalist for two projects at The Streams of Lake Mahogany — Reflection Brook #102, and Reflection Springs #301.
Three-time Builder of the Year award-winner Logel Homes came in a close second with 12 nominations for multi-family home designs in five categories, as well as for sales and marketing categories, while Homes by Avi and Brookfield Residential weren’t far behind, both with 11 finalist nods.
